Destinations

We currently ship to the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and countries within the European Union.

We hope to offer delivery to more international destinations in the future.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout before any payment is taken. Costs are based on the weight of your items, your shipping destination and, where applicable, the shipping service required.

Taxes, Customs & Duties

United Kingdom

For orders delivered within the UK, you will not be required to pay any additional taxes, customs charges or import duties beyond those shown at checkout.

European Union

For deliveries to the European Union, we aim to send orders with applicable taxes, customs charges and duties paid in advance wherever possible, so that you should not normally face additional charges when your order is delivered.

USA

For smaller orders, including merchandise, our memorial tartan scarves and Big Scarves, we will aim to send orders with applicable duties paid in advance wherever possible, so that you should not normally face additional customs charges upon delivery.

For larger or higher-value items, including Arisaids and kilts, you may be responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs charges or import duties.

Canada, Australia and New Zealand

Customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand may be required to pay local taxes, customs charges or import duties when their order enters the destination country. These charges are set by the relevant authorities and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Important Information About International Charges

Customs rules, taxes, duties and import thresholds can change and may vary depending on the destination, order value, product type and shipping service used. While we take reasonable steps to keep this information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that additional charges will never arise.

Where we are aware of information that may materially affect your order, we will take reasonable steps to make this clear.

Delivery Carriers

UK orders are generally shipped via Royal Mail.

International orders may be shipped via Royal Mail, Parcelforce, DHL or another suitable tracked delivery service, depending on the destination, size, weight and value of the order.

Made-to-Order & Delivery Times

Many of our tartan products are custom-crafted and made to order.

Due to the artisanal production process, delivery can take up to six months from the date of order. Some orders may ship sooner, and estimated delivery times will be shown on the relevant product page where available.

Merchandise and tartan products may be dispatched separately and may have different delivery timescales.
