Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy


At Witches of Scotland, we take pride in the quality and care behind each of our products. If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

 

Your Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your item, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Cancellation of your purchase would involve a return of the purchased item in good condition to the mill. This right applies only to non-bespoke items such as our scarves.

Please note: Our made-to-measure kilts are bespoke items and not eligible for return, refund or exchange unless faulty.


Returns Process

If you wish to return a product, please contact us at witchesofscotland@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Please include:

  • Your original order number
  • The reason for your return

We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number and a returns form to complete.

Condition of Returned Goods

To be eligible for a full refund, returned products must be:

  • In new, unused, and unworn condition
  • With original product tags still attached
  • In the original branded packaging

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Exchanges

Due to the limited number of tartans produced in each release, we are not able to offer exchanges at this time.


Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 days of placing it by emailing witchesofscotland@gmail.com.

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If your item is faulty or damaged, we will provide a prepaid returns label and cover your original delivery cost.
  • If you are returning for any other reason (e.g. change of mind), you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure the item reaches us safely. We cannot issue refunds for items lost in transit.


International Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
  • Please clearly mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” on the customs declaration to avoid additional import charges.
  • Any customs or import fees incorrectly applied will be deducted from your refund.


Gift Returns

If you received your item as a gift, you are welcome to contact us to arrange a return and refund. Please note:

  • Refunds can only be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
  • We are not currently able to offer store credit or gift exchanges.


Processing Your Refund

Once your return has been received and inspected at the mill, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for the refund to appear.

 

Legal Notice

This Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. It does not affect your statutory rights. Witches of Scotland reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be clearly communicated on our website.
